Catherine is the current Chief Executive Officer of Triathlon Cymru/Wales. She moved to the sports sector in September 2023 after a successful and rewarding career in the NHS. Her move was triggered by her passion for Triathlon and the difference the sport makes to people’s health and wellbeing.
She is now strongly focussed on developing the triathlon community in Wales, within the wider British Triathlon Family.
She is an active parkrunner and parkrun volunteer, member of the triathlon section on Bynea Cycling Club and swims with Irontriswim group. She enjoys taking part in middle and long distance triathlons, preferably in warmer climates!
