His professional journey has spanned across finance, marketing, operations and sales roles. He spearheads digital transformation with commercial acumen and passion for customer experience. Gary firmly believes that customer experience excellence is the only way to build sustainable differentiation.

Gary’s commitment to driving successful outcomes is powered by his dedication to encouraging people to develop, succeed and fulfil their potential. He is an Executive Sponsor and active ally of the LGBT+ community and committed to authentically driving diversity and inclusion without exception.

Gary is also privileged to serve as Chair of the Teenage Cancer Trust Corporate Board and Advisory Board Member of Vodafone Business Ventures, a social enterprise supporting the Vodafone Foundation.

Gary lives in a lovely village in Berkshire with his wife Jo and two sons (who, he says, are both better triathletes than him.
