Ruth is the CEO of the British Triathlon Federation, taking over from Andy Salmon in January 2024. Ruth has held multiple executive leadership roles in primarily consumer-focused organisations; most recently with Superdry plc. Ruth has worked on major sports sponsorship deals, chaired Rounders England and recently worked with Women in Sport, bringing a broad range of skills and experiences to the role of Trustee at Triathlon Trust.
